Motor Bike Works (MBW) is looking for the right person to become part of our fast paced growing motorcycle/powersports business. The right candidate is a motorcycle enthusiast that wants to be in a fast paced family orientated shop.
Service Technician/Mechanic
This is a full time position as a seasoned mechanic or highly experienced service technician in the powersports field.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diagnose and repair motorcycles and powersports efficiently and accurately.
- Accurately and clearly document repair findings and steps taken in repair service tickets.
- Communicate findings effectively with customers and staff.
- Work closely with parts department to order parts precisely and in a timely manner.
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and shop.
- Well rounded mechanic for most used motorcycles, UTV/ATVs

QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of Motorcycle / Motorsports / Powersports Dealership experience.
- Mechanic certification or brand certifications preferred.
- Specialty in carburetor diagnose and repair a must.
- Specialty in electrical diagnose and repair a must.
- Provide your own basic tools.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Work well with other technicians.
- Maintain organized, clean and safe work area.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask are a must.
